Jan Henning Larsen
Jan Henning Larsen is a Norwegian artist born in Bergen, 1966. Larsen is first and foremost considered a graphic artist, with his work being focused around woodcut print making, but his portfolio also includes a significant catalogue of oil paintings.
Larsen got his degree from University of Bergen (formerly Statens Høyskole for Kunsthåndverk og Design) in 1991-94. His work has headlined numerous exhibitions all over Norway, such as "TRE" in Galleri Briskeby in 2018. Notable group shows include "AVTRYKK - tresnitt gjennom fem århundrer" at the National Gallery in Oslo, and the 2016 National art Exhibition: the Autumn Exhibition.
Larsen's work has been purchased by the Norwegian Parliament and National Gallery.
